We were not prepared, but that didn’t set us back. The pandemic hit us hard and all industries were struck across the globe. There was a time when most companies solely depended on walk-ins to transact business, however, the narrative changed. In this era almost every business considered the remote option, leaving human interaction not far from extinct, business meetings moved online with Zoom meetings becoming the order of the day.
